Information You Submit
A third-party provider receives the name, phone number, or address entered in a search form. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you send a message, we use the information in it only to address the inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and measure page use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
Information supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Pierce County and Washington portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search providers follow their own privacy policies. Those policies control information submitted after leaving this service, including data entered for sponsored search results.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Washington Data Rights
Rights may include access, correction, or deletion of personal data a website maintains. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, separately addresses covered consumer health data, including access, deletion, sales authorization, and geofencing. It is not a general public-record removal law. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs after a request through the Contact page. Records held by Washington or Pierce County custodians remain outside our control, so correction or access requests must go to the office holding them.
Policy Revisions
Revisions will appear here. Continued use after a posted revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
